Who is CJ?
Like most people during the Covid pandemic, I found myself keeping busy by cooking and baking more than ever! With the majority of stores closed during the holidays I needed to find a creative way of making gifts for family and friends. I started experimenting with chocolate-dipped pretzels and various traditional and non-traditional toppings. At first, these were meant just as a treat for my son to enjoy, but I soon discovered they were a huge hit with all of his friends, and they actually made the perfect Christmas gift too! As more and more requests poured in from family and friends I knew I had the start of a fantastic business and so it begun,
Paradise Pretzels by CJ was born.
